• Buy-side DD - Financial modelling and post-acquisition operational projections on a $10m manufacturing business
• Large capex advisory - a focus on eliminating ‘noise’ in the study documentation, investment analysis, and written submissions; identifying and curating key investment themes, stress-testing assumptions and outputs; acting as preliminary “soft vetting” for owners’ teams preparing for stage gating; delivering the constructive “friendly fire” before formal evaluation and scrutiny is applied by technical and finance functions.  
• Remote airport operations - commercial engagement with VPs of technical operations teams of major international airlines servicing the Middle East and SE-Asia to identify and refine optimal infrastructure selection and service delivery on their Perth-bound sectors. This has involved complex flight sector analysis to value-proof airline services to Australia, including airframe and engine configurations, direct negotiation with airline fleet executive managers and navigation operations teams, airport asset owners, equipment selection and optimisation, and commercial negotiations for multi-user access agreements 
• Commercialisation funding - secured acceleration funding for the commercialisation of an innovative construction appliance, taking it from prototype to "first sale"

I'm a career senior technical studies consultant on large-scale global infrastructure projects spanning oil & gas assets, mine developments, mining infrastructure, airline and aeronautical infrastructure projects. 

I rapidly forge productive working relationships with client team members and clients' partners. I enjoy working closely with client teams to distil issues and develop solutions. 

I bring a systematic methodology to engagements with a rigour that has been developed and refined over 20 years, with flexibility to adapt and be tailored to each new scope of work. 

I have provided study and gating advisory to global asset owners’ teams, and as standalone mentoring to Study Managers to prepare for formal financial and technical review.
